Good news!

I'm back to 190, having lost the weight I put back on about 2 weeks ago. I'm holding firm to the ideals of healthful and mindful eating and am ready to go!

I cannot imagine trying to lose weight and live a healthy life any other way after reading the "Fat Fallacy" and "The French Don't Diet" books by Will Clower. I can drink whole milk, have a brownie if I want to, as long as I keep my portions sensible. God, can you imagine living without being able to cook some of the things on the Pioneer Woman's website? Sometimes she uses processed ingredients so I'll have to wing it then but, dang! Her stuff is good! Now that I have seen the light, there's no going back for me.

Congratulations! I have started thinking about you every time I eat now. I am beginning to really enjoy food, not just scarfing it down anymore.

Carri, I'm so glad to hear that! If you can swing getting one, I SO recommend picking up either one of Will Clower's books. They will change your life!
