
Even though the waffle was chock full of healthy grains, I still felt like I needed some protein to accompany it. So I cooked an egg in a pan with a light coating of Pam, sprinkled it with some kosher salt and freshly ground pepper and, Voila!

For lunch, we were pretty tired because we'd spent a good part of the morning cleaning so we just warmed up some of the leftover Shepherd's Pie from the other night. Still good!

We took the boys down to the park and when we got back I grabbed a small handful of Virginia peanuts and had a tiny bit of milk. Not sure what we're doing for dinner yet. We have to go out and run some errands and I saw a spider in the park that I'd like to go back and take a picture of. Plus, my parents dropped off a slice of cheesecake for us and I need to fix something delicious to go along with that. Don't know what that's going to be but I'll definitely have to go to the store for ingredients. I will update later, once we've eaten.
