
Y'all, that mushroom soup is so damn good. Today I used Baby Bella mushrooms, beef broth, half and half, and coconut oil instead of the ingredients I used when I showed you the recipe last time. Delicioso!
Well, I think skipping breakfast was a really bad idea because for the rest of the day I just kept feeling hungry. It could be PMS, too but my period isn't really predictable enough for me to say with certainty that it influenced anything. I snacked on organic corn chips and hummus, 3 small squares of chocolate, and then a handful more of chips. Then, by the time dinner rolled around Sean didn't feel like eating, the boys ordered a pizza for Sean to go pick up and I didn't want to cook a big meal just for myself. So, what did I have?

arrgh! Damn you Totinos Party Pizza! With your sweet, crispy crust and delicious fake chemical-laden toppings! You are the bane of my existence and I hate you. No, wait, don't go....I really love you, but I shouldn't. We're not meant to be. You are the Romeo to my Juliet and you are REALLY not good for me!! But, oh, I do love you so...Ok, that was weird but I couldn't help myself. Maybe it's all the chemicals I ingested at dinner tonight. I don't know.
Tomorrow, we're heading out to a festival called Farm Fest Five where they will be celebrating - Farms! There's going to be grass-fed beef hamburgers and hot dogs, homemade ice cream and root beer, live music, and much, much more. We're pretty excited about it and I hope to have lots of good pictures to share with you. All four of you that come here and read every day. You four quiet readers.
