Here's a foodie item that I consider a must-have in the kitchen. It's called a butter bell and it keeps your butter soft and fresh while leaving it out on the counter. My husband got it for me for Christmas last year and I absolutely adore it. How many times have you gone to butter a piece of bread and you only have cold butter in the fridge? That only happens to me now if my bell is in the dishwasher!

See, you put the bell into another container that comes with it. In this container you place about 1/3 cup of cold water which you change out every couple of days. Here's what it looks like all together.
